Butlins, Haven and Warner Holidays

Butlins, Haven and Warner are owned by Bourne Leisure. We have been working with Bourne Leisure for over 20 years. We provide a wide range of services including cabling, wireless networking, LAN and WAN management. Astro manage approximately 15 communiactions room builds a year and average a new hotel build a year. Many of the Haven and Butlins locations are the size of small towns; we are responsible for the entire infrastructure including emergency recovery when sites are flooded or suffering from other weather or man made outages. These locations are very difficult to get to for the carriers so we have had to be very imaginative in the past to keep these sites operational using a range of connectivity options from optical fibre to satellite communications. We also provide support for the phone systems at over 20 locations and are an extension to the Bourne Leisure network team when issues arise where they need technical support.
