Astro is delighted to announce it’s continued support of the Dragons Community by providing valuable support to their outreach activation programme, and in particular the PHOENIX Homeless rugby team.
Steve Hodges said, “Continuing as community partners with the Dragons and helping them have such an impact on their local community is very important to us. As an organisation with a broad customer base in the area, and across South Wales as a whole, we are keen to support the Club however we can and it has been a pleasure to see them grow and flourish since our partnership began in 2020.”
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with Astro again this season and thank them for their valuable support”, said a beaming Community Manager, Mike Sage.
“The size 4 Dragons & Astro branded rugby balls are key to our community delivery, with the balls travelling all around Gwent and being passed through thousands of pairs of hands during our Community and Inclusion activations”. Not only do the rugby balls look amazing, but they also allow our members to develop their skills and love of rugby”.
“Our old Astro balls also went to good use, as several of our local clubs collected them, to use for club training this season. “It is great to see the Dragons RFC & Astro out in our communities”.
